closure of the Russ Hinze Stand and cessation of racing at Albion Park temporarily, a number of meetings have been rescheduled to ensure the continuance of greyhound racing in Sth East Queensland.</div> <bR> <div> The changes are as follows:</div> <bR> <div> <B>Friday 27 June - Transferred to Ipswich GRC (Class 3)</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Monday 30 June - Transferred to Ipswich GRC fields for the meetings on Friday 27 June and Monday 30 June have already been drawn, some race distances will need to be amended. Races which were to be conducted over 395m will now be 431m and races over 600m will be conducted over 630m. There is a remote chance that there could be an issue which would put the welfare of the race caller, lure driver, judge and cameraman into question and it has been decided that this chance cannot be taken.</div> <bR> <div> I apologise to all greyhound participants who had greyhounds entered tonight and in particular to those participants who have travelled from interstate for the final of the Big Dog Queensland Cup. We will provide appropriate compensation to those interstate participants. A determination regarding prizemoney allocated for the Big Dog Queensland Cup will be made in the near future.</div> <bR> <div> We are attempting to place the Friday twilight meeting to one of our other TAB venues and a decision will be made shortly. Anyone wishing to scratch their dogs from that transferred meeting will be able to do so without penalty.
